Delays in Processing

Update: November 2021

Please be advised regarding the current serious situation we are monitoring closely. Due to recent drastic weather events in BC causing floods, washed out roadways and mudslides; various road closures are impacting all truck transportation which includes all of our current out-going shipments from the lower mainland.

Unfortunately, at this time, all ground deliveries heading east, outside of the lower mainland, will be delayed.  All couriers are currently waiting for more information from authorities regarding affected roads and when closed ones will re-open again. We will continue to process most orders and shipments, as normal, so that they are ready to go through the shipping network as conditions improve.   For better time frame, please choose Express option.  Although, keep in mind that couriers are noticing a drastic increase in air shipments due to the current situation.

Product/Inventory Levels:

Since the slow-down initiated by COVID-19, we have continued to experience distribution delays. Therefore we may be temporarily out of stock on items that we aren’t normally out of. Please be patient with us as we are re-stocking as quickly as possible. We are continually receiving goods to replenish our inventory, but on a slower cadence.

If something is showing out of stock, make sure to sign up to be notified when it arrives. 

Order processing / Lead times:

Please note: due to a higher than normal percentage of online store traffic and orders, please be patient with possible delays in both order processing and courier time. Our team is working exceptionally hard getting your orders out and responding to customer inquiries while at the same time, doing our best to prioritize the health and safety of our staff and community.
