Our mission at OOFOS is to make yOO feel better! If you aren’t quite feeling the OO and need to make a return or exchange, please follow the instructions below.
Please take your OOFOS to the store where they were purchased. To be eligible for a return or exchange your item must be clean, unworn and unused. Please return product in original packaging in the same condition that you purchased it.
To be eligible for a return or exchange your item must be in a clean, unworn and unused condition. Please return product in original packaging in an appropriate sized box. All returns are subject to inspection and verification by Anatech Inc. to determine eligibility for full, partial refund or exchange Items deemed non-refundable/non-returnable will be returned at your expense.
To return or exchange your product, please email email@example.com and request an RA #. Please have all pertinent information on hand such as web order # or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether it has been approved or rejected for your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
All exchanges will be handled as quickly as possible. Items returned will be at the customers expense. Shipping fees will apply on all exchanges under $100.
While Anatech strives to ship error-free, these things can happen from time to time. Please check your order immediately upon delivery and report any errors on shipments within 5 business days of receipt by contacting head office at firstname.lastname@example.org. All exchanges for errors will be handled as quickly as possible. The item must be returned in clean, unworn, unused and resaleable condition in original packaging in original state.
