Refund policy
Our mission at OOFOS is to make yOO feel better! If you aren’t quite feeling the OO and need to make a return, please follow the instructions below.
IF PUCHASED AT OOFOS.CA:
- We offer returns for a refund within 30 days of the arrival date if you are not completely satisfied with your OOFOS.
- A return shipping and handling fee of $15 CAD per order will be deducted from your refund total.
- Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns.
- Once your return has been sent back and processed by our team, you will receive an email notification with confirmation of your refund.
- Express shipping charges are non-refundable unless delayed by the carrier.
- OOFOS is not responsible for any non-OOFOS merchandise returned to our facility.
Returns cannot be mailed to our warehouse without prior approval through the returns process outlined below. OOFOS is not responsible for any shipping charges or lost items that occur as a result of customers not following procedures outlined in policy instructions. Our online returns system allows you to start your return at your convenience. Just visit oofos.ca/return and follow the steps to get started.
IF PURCHASED IN-STORE OR THROUGH AN ONLINE RETAILER:
OOFOS purchased from a store or online retailer should be returned to the location they were purchased. We are unable to process a refund for any order not placed on OOFOS.CA.
OOFOS products purchased from any social commerce site such as eBay or PoshMark are not eligible for return or warranty claim, as we do not authorize our retailers to sell on the site and the products are sold by the general population.
