10-12 Business Days- $15 flat fee or Free for orders over $98.99
The Standard and Economy shipping service within Canada is provided by UPS with final delivery typically provided by local carriers. Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes in Canada, please use a physical address.
Express
2-4 Business Days- $35 flat fee
The Express shipping option refers to the amount of shipping time in-transit, not including required time for processing. Orders must be placed by 12 pm ET to ship the same business day. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Please note: Express shipping options cannot be delivered to a PO Box. Any order that is placed with our express options needs to be sent to a physical address.

Returns
Our mission at OOFOS is to make yOO feel better! If you aren't satisfied with your OOFOS purchase (whether purchased on Oofos.ca or at an OOFOS event), we will gladly accept a return up to 30 days from the delivery date of your order.
Orders placed between now and December 31st are eligible for returns until January 31st, 2026 (excluding Final Sale items).

"I usually buy cheapie slides on Amazon and they only last a few months since I wear them constantly after a workout. These are next-level constructed! Firm but cushioned with a great contour for the foot!I have a long narrow foot and most slides are “too high” between the foot bed and part that goes over the top of my foot. Highly recco!"
"I like these shoes but I’m normally an 8 1/2 so with my first order I got a 9 the strap was wayyy too tight I thought it was just the way the shoes were but then it got to where I couldn’t wear them so then I started a return. I couldn’t return them so I did an exchange for a size 10! I’ve NEVER had a 10 before but these are better than the 9’s. They look pretty big but I can’t get my money back anymore so I’ll wear them. If you have a wide foot be careful with these. I wish they would a disclaimer for that. Other than that, they are pretty comfortable."

"These are the most comfortable rockers. They have spoiled me. I love the look of the shoe and the way it fits. This is my third pair and the first OOahh. "I LOVE these sandals! They are my "home shoes" so I don't walk around barefoot. The previous slides I bought made my feet slide forward too much and the arch didn't sit right, but these sandals have a ridge at the end and the toe opening is smaller so my feet stay put and I can feel the awesome arch support. "I have a pair of the slide sandals and it is my absolute favorite, the only thing that takes away my foot pain. However I find the Plus sandal is a tighter fit for same size, the strap rubbing uncomfortably, the size 7 seems shorter and the nubby texture where your foot rests is uncomfortable."
"As soon as I put these OOahh Plus slides on, I knew these would be favorites, the extra cushion is awesome! They are wonderful for all day wear - my back & legs feel in perfect alignment. I can’t wear them everywhere because they make flip flop noise but that’s ok. 30 years on an OR floor plus a spine fusion really took its toll on me, while at my local Fleet Feet years ago I tried my first OOFOS on. That moment was miraculous - I could literally feel & hear my spine realigning. These particular slides provide much relief & support which I'm grateful for - they are a welcome addition!! "This is my second pair of Oofos. Unfortunately, this pairs rubs on the knuckle of my big toe. They are the same size as my last pair but it's harder to slide my feet in all the way. I only wear them around the house. If I wear them too long, they create a blister on one of my feet."
"At first I was a little skeptical about it but once I broke them in, I love them! They have helpt with minimizing the pain from plantar fasciitis and I can walk all day on them. They do hug my foot so but once you wear them a couple of days they seem to "mold" to your foot and it feels comfortable."
"Postpartum and looking for pain relief, decent shoes seems like they have the ability to provide pain relief but this version was just too fluffy for me, kind of a work out on my legs, also for the cost they could come in something nicer than a plastic bag, mail lady shoved mine in the mailbox hanging half out and squished. Could be avoiding by better packaging. Would suggest a size up the top was really tight."
