Shipping & Returns

Please allow up to 2-4 business days for your orders to be processed prior to shipment. We do not process orders on the weekends or on US Holidays. These orders will be processed on the next business day. This includes express shipping options. Any order placed with an express shipping option must be delivered to a physical shipping address.

Standard/Economy
10-12 Business Days- $15 flat fee or Free for orders over $98.99

The Standard and Economy shipping service within Canada is provided by UPS with final delivery typically provided by local carriers. Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes in Canada, please use a physical address.

Express
2-4 Business Days- $35 flat fee

The Express shipping option refers to the amount of shipping time in-transit, not including required time for processing. Orders must be placed by 12 pm ET to ship the same business day. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Please note: Express shipping options cannot be delivered to a PO Box. Any order that is placed with our express options needs to be sent to a physical address.

If you have any questions regarding shipping, please contact us directly. Express shipping is not eligible for a refund unless it is delayed by the carrier. A signature may be required.

OOFOS.ca ships within Canada. For international shipping, refer to our list of international partners.

Returns

Our mission at OOFOS is to make yOO feel better! If you aren't satisfied with your OOFOS purchase (whether purchased on Oofos.ca or at an OOFOS event), we will gladly accept a return up to 30 days from the delivery date of your order.

Orders placed between now and December 31st are eligible for returns until January 31st, 2026 (excluding Final Sale items).

IF PUCHASED AT OOFOS.CA:

We offer returns for a refund within 30 days of the arrival date if you are not completely satisfied with your OOFOS.
A return shipping and handling fee of $15 CAD per order will be deducted from your refund total.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns. Items marked as Sale are eligible for returns.
Once your return has been sent back and processed by our team, you will receive an email notification with confirmation of your refund.
All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment used for purchase.
Express shipping charges are non-refundable unless delayed by the carrier.
OOFOS is not responsible for any non-OOFOS merchandise returned to our facility.
Returns cannot be mailed to our warehouse without prior approval through the returns process outlined below. OOFOS is not responsible for any shipping charges or lost items that occur as a result of customers not following these OOFOS return procedures.

HOW TO START YOUR RETURN FOR YOUR OOFOS.CA ORDER:

Looking to start a return? Just visit oofos.ca/return to start your return and please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any further questions:

Enter your OOFOS.CA order number. This number will be seven digits long and can be found in any of your order emails, or on the packing slip included in your shipment.
Enter the email used to place the order on OOFOS.CA, or phone number entered at checkout, or the postal code to which the order was shipped.
Select the item you would like to ship back to us. Item unable to be selected? It’s possible the return window has ended or there may be a return in progress for your item already. If you believe this is an error please contact our Customer Care team for personal assistance.
Review your information to confirm your returning items, shipping address, and contact information. Read and accept terms listed, then click the Submit Return button to send your Return Request to our team.
If your return request is approved automatically, you will see a return status page with information on next steps to return your original order and continue the remainder of the returns process. If your return has an item or detail that requires a quick check from our team, we will follow up with approval or next steps as soon as we get a chance to review it.
Return your items via Canada Post within 4 weeks of receiving your label. If you need to make an adjustment to your return method, you must contact our team prior to dropping off your return.
Your return or exchange will be completed by our team as soon as your RMA has been processed. Once complete, you’ll receive an email with details of your refund or new order.
OOFOS products purchased from an OOFOS-authorized store or authorized Amazon reseller should be returned to the location they were purchased. If you are unable to do so, we will gladly evaluate possible exchange options for a pair of the same value as verified by proof of purchase from an OOFOS-authorized seller. To qualify for an exchange, the shoes must be clean and free of wear as determined by our team. We are not able to offer refunds for items not purchased directly from OOFOS.ca.

IF PURCHASED IN-STORE OR THROUGH AN ONLINE RETAILER:

OOFOS purchased from a store or online retailer should be returned to the location they were purchased. We are unable to process a refund for any order not placed on OOFOS.CA.

OOFOS products purchased from any social commerce site such as eBay or PoshMark are not eligible for return or warranty claim, as we do not authorize our retailers to sell on the site and the products are sold by the general population.

Love the Fit but Becareful

"I love these shoes. I got them for Christmas last year and have worn them many times. The only problem I have had was when I washed them part of the leather turned a yellowish color which is disappointing. I washed them in the washing machine and air dried them but part of it turned yellow. The only thing I can think of is the Shout turned them so be careful."

LOVE these sneakers!

"I'm a huge fan of OOFOS all around, great company, excellent quality shoes, worth the high price tag. I loved my first pair of these sneakers so much I purchased a second. They did seem to get 'worn out' much quicker than I'd like. I think I'll try on another brand before purchasing a third pair just for that reason, but so far I just love the support this brand offers (low back pain)."

This model cannot compare to

"This model cannot compare to the Ooriginals, which sadly were apparently discontinued. The Oomystrides have a huge toe box and a weird bumper of sole around the heel. They’re bulky and bigger overall next to other shoes of the same size. They also don’t support under my toes the way the Ooriginals did so if you are looking to replace an older pair, these are not the same."

Comfortable and stylish

"After many attempts to find the right shoe, I did it! The Stride is easy to out on, fits my arch perfectly, and they are stylish and all day comfortable. I especially like the wider tie width. I didn’t want an orthopedic looking shoe, that so many are starting to look like. I love this brand!"

Disappointed

"I have bought many items over the years sandals slippers and the low profile women’s tennis shoes. Have loved them all, until you quit selling the tennis shoes that fit me well and helped my feet problems. The new lace up shoes don’t fit me right, to wide and don’t give me the support I need, very disappointed. I will now need to find a different brand of shoes if you don’t make the original ones. I would have sent them back but I threw out the box"

Radical Style Change

"I already own a pair of OOFOS (size 7, I always wear 6 in other brands) and wanted another in all black. Was quite shocked to see such a radical style change that bore little resemblance to the original. Soles protruding outward and the shoes were considerably wider and bigger than my old ones. I exchanged for 6. 5 which helped the length but the width was still unnecessarily roomy. The only thing in favor of this style is the heel which is straighter ( not curving inward and digging into my herls) and has more cushion. I am on the fence as far as keeping them."

BEST shoes EVER!!!!

"These shoes are incredibly comfortable right out of the box. I use these for golf and everyday walks and my feet are so happy! Bought the black couple months ago and added the white for a little variety but some color choices would be great. I’ve added colorful laces to jazz up the plain white."
