Standard/Economy
10-12 Business Days- $15 flat fee or Free for orders over $98.99
The Standard and Economy shipping service within Canada is provided by UPS with final delivery typically provided by local carriers. Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes in Canada, please use a physical address.
Express
2-4 Business Days- $35 flat fee
The Express shipping option refers to the amount of shipping time in-transit, not including required time for processing. Orders must be placed by 12 pm ET to ship the same business day. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Please note: Express shipping options cannot be delivered to a PO Box. Any order that is placed with our express options needs to be sent to a physical address.

Returns
Our mission at OOFOS is to make yOO feel better! If you aren't satisfied with your OOFOS purchase (whether purchased on Oofos.ca or at an OOFOS event), we will gladly accept a return up to 30 days from the delivery date of your order.
Orders placed between now and December 31st are eligible for returns until January 31st, 2026 (excluding Final Sale items).

"I have extremely flat feet with no arch and deal with chronic ankle pain, especially on my left side from overpronation. I've worn these slides daily for a while now around the house and out running errands and they've made a real difference. The cushioning is supportive without being stiff, and my feet actually feel better at the end of the day instead of worse. Replaced my Crocs with these and haven't looked back."

"The arch support is nice, foam is high quality however it sticks to your feet if they sweat even a little. This leads to chaffing and forces you to wear socks. Despite the inside of the sticking to your feet the bottoms are quite slippery on the floors, not good traction on hardwood. Foot holes are a bit tight so slipping feet in and out take some work. Definitely size up since you will be wearing with socks. Really wanted to like these and have them become my only slides but they aren't quite there. Hoping the stickiness goes away and foot holes stretch a bit after breaking in."
"I love the slides and have ordered many for self and friends/family. My last order was for my niece and nephew. New parents who need to be comfortable. The sizes were too small. I reordered and returned. There was an address error and Oofos customer "non" service was unable to make the correction less than 24 hrs later. They told me to contact the delivery company. I called them. They told me to call USPS who never answers. The Oofos web site did not allow me to make the address correction. New order is in limbo with no correct address to deliver to. This has been very frustrating for a loyal customer."
"Very Disappointed. . . I ordered the OOahh Sport Slide Sandal on Saturday April 11, 2026. It is May 13, 2026 today and I have not received these slides. The worst part is that I have not heard one word from OOFOS. I don't know if they are out of stock or haven't shipped for some reason.
