Please allow up to 2-4 business days for your orders to be processed prior to shipment. We do not process orders on the weekends or on US Holidays. These orders will be processed on the next business day. This includes express shipping options. Any order placed with an express shipping option must be delivered to a physical shipping address.

Standard/Economy
10-12 Business Days- $15 flat fee or Free for orders over $98.99
The Standard and Economy shipping service within Canada is provided by UPS with final delivery typically provided by local carriers. Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes in Canada, please use a physical address.
Express
2-4 Business Days- $35 flat fee
The Express shipping option refers to the amount of shipping time in-transit, not including required time for processing. Orders must be placed by 12 pm ET to ship the same business day. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Please note: Express shipping options cannot be delivered to a PO Box. Any order that is placed with our express options needs to be sent to a physical address.
If you have any questions regarding shipping, please contact us directly. Express shipping is not eligible for a refund unless it is delayed by the carrier. A signature may be required.

Returns
Our mission at OOFOS is to make yOO feel better! If you aren't satisfied with your OOFOS purchase (whether purchased on Oofos.ca or at an OOFOS event), we will gladly accept a return up to 30 days from the delivery date of your order.
Orders placed between now and December 31st are eligible for returns until January 31st, 2026 (excluding Final Sale items).

"I didn't receive my first order and brought it to the attention of Oofos right away. They did have a plausable explanation. They resent the order at no charge, but I did have to wait a longer time for the order, but the orde was successfully completed and I like the shoes."
"Very expensive mistake. While length & width of shoe are correct for my size, the thong is set too far back, pushing the arch of my foot beyond the arch support in the shoe. Also, although advertising photo shows the thong upright, it is actually set at a backward slant, causing the straps to be way too tight. I have made myself wear them to try and stretch the straps enough to fit my foot, but they are uncomfortable and by the end of the day my feet hurt - ball, arch and heel - from trying to keep them on. Way too much money for a cheaply made shoe."
"I would’ve loved to have been able to keep this due to the comfortable footbed. However, the footbed is not wide enough for my feet. Additionally, the straps are too snug for my feet, making them ache after awhile cause they constrict blood flow and muscle moevement. When Oofos is able to come up with wider footbeds and more relaxed fit for the straps, I would love to hear about that and give those a try."
