Standard/Economy
10-12 Business Days- $15 flat fee or Free for orders over $98.99
The Standard and Economy shipping service within Canada is provided by UPS with final delivery typically provided by local carriers. Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes in Canada, please use a physical address.
Express
2-4 Business Days- $35 flat fee
The Express shipping option refers to the amount of shipping time in-transit, not including required time for processing. Orders must be placed by 12 pm ET to ship the same business day. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Please note: Express shipping options cannot be delivered to a PO Box. Any order that is placed with our express options needs to be sent to a physical address.

Returns
Our mission at OOFOS is to make yOO feel better! If you aren't satisfied with your OOFOS purchase (whether purchased on Oofos.ca or at an OOFOS event), we will gladly accept a return up to 30 days from the delivery date of your order.
Orders placed between now and December 31st are eligible for returns until January 31st, 2026 (excluding Final Sale items).

"These are definitely bigger, as in a wider foot bed than the other flip flops. I have true EE wide feet and I loved these. Just keep in mind, they will look big, like flippers, haha, when you look down at them. But when I look in the mirror they look pretty "normal". Probably because they are properly structured to my wide foot."
"First, I ordered the tennis shoes and they absolutely feel wonderful after two days of walking in my office doing my daily routine my hamstring muscles and my Gluth muscles felt completely different. I originally ordered a size 10, but they were sized more like men's sizes, so I returned and replaced them with size 9 . . . and they fit like a glove. "VERY comfortable BUT ENTIRELY unreliable. The toe thong broke on one pair of five I bought within the first 2 days--and while I was at a hot summer event with no other footwear leaving me barefooted and walking on hot pavement a long distance to my parked car. When I wear my other pairs, I have to bring extra shoes along because there is such a high chance of failure. ANd don't wear them on wet surfaces, they twist and the thong tears out. Too high a price to pay both in personal safety and actual cost. Customer service never responded to my requests for a credit or return. Too bad, bc they could be great if not so poorly made."
"I’ve been wearing OOFOS for over 7 years. I started with the original flip flops then the shoes you slip into. I’ve since then been wearing the olalas ( the thicker soles. They are the most comfortable shoe I’ve ever worn ! I have never had any problem with them breaking. I Highly recommend!"

I've used thinner rubber sandals indoors for years but these have those beat a million fold. Your feet will never be so happy. These are the cloud shoes you have been waiting for.
