Standard/Economy
10-12 Business Days- $15 flat fee or Free for orders over $98.99
The Standard and Economy shipping service within Canada is provided by UPS with final delivery typically provided by local carriers. Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes in Canada, please use a physical address.
Express
2-4 Business Days- $35 flat fee
The Express shipping option refers to the amount of shipping time in-transit, not including required time for processing. Orders must be placed by 12 pm ET to ship the same business day. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Please note: Express shipping options cannot be delivered to a PO Box. Any order that is placed with our express options needs to be sent to a physical address.

Returns
Our mission at OOFOS is to make yOO feel better! If you aren't satisfied with your OOFOS purchase (whether purchased on Oofos.ca or at an OOFOS event), we will gladly accept a return up to 30 days from the delivery date of your order.
Orders placed between now and December 31st are eligible for returns until January 31st, 2026 (excluding Final Sale items).

"I like it… it helps my plantar fasciitis pain. I can walk with slippers. I just hope you have a 9. 5 size. I bought a size 9 and 10. They’re both okay but not well fit. But other than that it’s good. It’s better for long walks in sunny days. No need to wear sneakers or insoles."

I wear them all the time. I have a problem walking and trip easy so I’m very careful walking. These new shoes seam to stay on my feet like a tennis shoes but are open to the air. "I love my Oofos and have several pairs. I do have a question about a stain that keeps occurring on my shoes. It is an orange rust color. I will include photos. It has happened to two pairs of my shoes. The cream pair is brand new and I wore them one time and this occurred. The second pair I ordered last year and the same thing occurred with them. I have tried to clean them with Dawn power wash and I actually tried bleach on the older pair, but nothing happened. It will not come off."
