Please allow up to 2-4 business days for your orders to be processed prior to shipment. We do not process orders on the weekends or on US Holidays. These orders will be processed on the next business day. This includes express shipping options. Any order placed with an express shipping option must be delivered to a physical shipping address.

Standard/Economy
10-12 Business Days- $15 flat fee or Free for orders over $98.99
The Standard and Economy shipping service within Canada is provided by UPS with final delivery typically provided by local carriers. Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes in Canada, please use a physical address.
Express
2-4 Business Days- $35 flat fee
The Express shipping option refers to the amount of shipping time in-transit, not including required time for processing. Orders must be placed by 12 pm ET to ship the same business day. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Please note: Express shipping options cannot be delivered to a PO Box. Any order that is placed with our express options needs to be sent to a physical address.

Returns
Our mission at OOFOS is to make yOO feel better! If you aren't satisfied with your OOFOS purchase (whether purchased on Oofos.ca or at an OOFOS event), we will gladly accept a return up to 30 days from the delivery date of your order.
Orders placed between now and December 31st are eligible for returns until January 31st, 2026 (excluding Final Sale items).

OOFOS purchased from a store or online retailer should be returned to the location they were purchased. We are unable to process a refund for any order not placed on OOFOS.CA.

"I love these for my planatar fascitis however the strap on the right foot has ripped twice in 3 months on 2 different pair in the exact same place. Quite a lot for a shoe not to last a month. Oofos did replace one pair and that is fantastic customer service. Waiting to see if they will replace the 2nd pair"
"I have capsulitis and these shoes are wonderful for long periods of walking. Absolutely no pain and actually made my toe feel better. Standing on the other hand wasn't so great. My higjh arches became tired and a little sore. Overall though I would recommend because they greatly reduced toe pain."
"I used to love Oofos and they were the most comfortable sandals I have ever worn. I bought more in the same size recently and they are too small/ tight before/ narrow. I can barely wear them. I reached out to customer support regarding this and that production must have changed and I get a response saying production has not changed and the ones I have from before have just been worn in. This is not true. I sent pictures and there are details showing that they changed and the sizing is now off. Unfortunately I will be returning and will be shopping elsewhere."

"I've been wearing Oofos regularly for years, initially for post-long-run relief, but now for daily comfort. I was happy to see this pretty limited edition design, and it's as lovely as it looks in the photos. I'll be wearing them on my Hawaii trips. The fit feels a little snug compared to my other Oofos, but that may be because the others have expanded as I've worn them. I'm hoping the same happens with these."
"Love these sandals! I purchased a pair from Marshall's in 2023, and walked out of the store with them on. They are like walking on pillows. I walked all around Long Beach with these on my feet. I practically wore them out. I wanted another pair, but they were a bit more than what was in my pocket ($$$) But I had to have them. "I love my oofos. I put them on and my feet feel great. My only complaint is my feet slide around in them when they are wet to the point that I fear I will trip. Therefore, I am unable to wear them to the beach and pool, which is disappointing. I order a half size smaller than usual as they tend to stretch."
