These orders will be processed on the next business day. This includes express shipping options. Any order placed with an express shipping option must be delivered to a physical shipping address.

Standard/Economy
10-12 Business Days- $15 flat fee or Free for orders over $98.99
The Standard and Economy shipping service within Canada is provided by UPS with final delivery typically provided by local carriers. Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes in Canada, please use a physical address.
Express
2-4 Business Days- $35 flat fee
The Express shipping option refers to the amount of shipping time in-transit, not including required time for processing. Orders must be placed by 12 pm ET to ship the same business day. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Please note: Express shipping options cannot be delivered to a PO Box. Any order that is placed with our express options needs to be sent to a physical address.

Returns
Our mission at OOFOS is to make yOO feel better! If you aren't satisfied with your OOFOS purchase (whether purchased on Oofos.ca or at an OOFOS event), we will gladly accept a return up to 30 days from the delivery date of your order.
Orders placed between now and December 31st are eligible for returns until January 31st, 2026 (excluding Final Sale items).

I have narrow feet, but the width is fine for sandals; however most other Oofos styles are too wide for me. I wish Oofas would produce narrow-width as well as medium-width footwear."

"Comfortable! Normally i am a 7-7. 5 so I bought an 8. Fit perfectly. I did find that as my left foot is recovering from a broken bone my foot is a bit swollen and the strap was a bit too tight. My sister however LOVES them and find it is helping her feet immensely - she has an odd injury causing pain"
"I wear these constantly but there is one negative. If they get wet it’s like walking on oil. It’s not the sole, it’s the surface between your foot and the sandal. 5 star for sure if you could fix that."
